Question about Samsung SGH-D600 Cellular Phone
My 92 year old mother in law who suffers from dementia keeping phoning 1471 and then 3 to return the call. BT say 1471 is a free facility and it cannot be stopped. She is doing this many many times a day as she does not know that she has already phoned the person back and her phone bill is becoming unmanageable. Any info on how this outgoing call could be blocked would be much appreciated.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

the sad news is that the person has blocked the number so it may be difficult but what phone do you have? as some phone block all unknown number and specific numbers, although blocking all unknown numbers may not be the wises thing to do, maybe you should think about getting a new number
