most have key in the box new, to do that, lost that?

I lost the combination

There is a cover just below the keypad, gently inserting a butter knife or screw driver will open it. 4 AA batteries in a holder. Snap the cover back on clip the top first and apply pressure to the bottom edge and snap it back on.
