SOURCE: need instruction for a 17 ft. cosco ladder

Try going on-line to the manufacturers web site if there is one. More to the point is what is it you want to do that you can't with the ladder?

What is a telescoping ladder?

Cynthia. The ladders Justin are referring to are not Telescoping Ladders. A telescopic ladder is one that collapses into itself like a telescope or a collapsible tumbler or "cup". Generally stands about 2-3' tall when completely collapsed and you can feed out as much of it as you need provided what you need in height isn't more than the ladders total length.
These ladders are GREAT and are typically used for inspections and cable installers. Some are rated for a fair amount of weight but I wouldn't trust it. We love using them and have been a great tool to have in the arsenal.
I have attached a photograph of one of our telescopic ladders.

Where can i purchase the rubber treads for the steps on a cosco step stool

I'm guessing this is an older stool you have that you need to repair. the model number you provided doesn't ring any bells at Cosco.

Give them a call or send them an email and see if they can help. You're other choice is to look at a hardware store for something to use to replace the worn treads. Good luck.

One side of the cosco baby bed rail won't stay up, latch missing, need parts list,

I also have a Cosco baby bed. The side rail will not stay up, latch missing and needed parts.
Call Cosco Inc. 1-800-544-1108. I called Cosco and they asked me for the baby bed model # and date it was made. My baby bed was made 09/94. The model # and date are located under the bed.
They had the parts and are shipping them to me. I will have my bag of new parts in 7 days.
COSCO was so helpful.
