Question about Bose SoundDock Digital Music System for Apple iPod - White
There isn't any sound when I put my ipod into the sounddock. The ipod connector is not loose.

Turn the sound dock over and you will see the connection for the iPod is on a separate piece of plastic, almost looks like it has been bolted onto the main bit. It means a connection will be loose between these two parts in some way. Contact Bose to get this serviced.

The problem is in the Bose sounddock, there are no authorized service centres other than Bose, all repairs are done on site and they carry the parts.
