most times all codes are a basic number like(12345 or 11111) something in this order give it a try this might work i hope this helps you out have a great day :)

For the code, please quote the radio MAKE + MODEL plus ALL the NUMBERS+LETTERS on any barcodes, labels or stamped in the metal casing.
To unlock it leave it SWITCHED ON...UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to automatically reset itself.
It could be many hours as it depends on the number of previously entered wrong codes...but normally it is only an hour or two.

You will need to obtain the radio code either from your owners manual (usually written on the inside of the front of back cover) or from a nissan dealer.
When you have to code you will need to turn the ignition on (do not start the car) and turn on your radio. The "error" will be displayed for anywhere from 1 - 3hrs by default. Once the internal timer has counted down to zero you will be prompted for the "code" enter your security code and your radio will then be unlocked. (Do not turn off the ignition, radio or start the car during the 1 - 3hr period or the timer will be reset)
