Question about NetGear WGR614 Wireless Router
If your printer is just an ordinary printer, meaning, it doesn't have a capability to connect to your network wirelessly or wired, your only option is to connect the printer directly to one of your PC and then print your files that way. If you want to share the printer with your other computers in the same network, you need to enable file and printer sharing on each PC or computer.

Are you trying to use MAC filtering. You would just need the MAC from the network setup screen and add it to your router/firewall.
If you are using a Mac (Apple) computer you would, providing you have a wireless adapter connected to Mac, just go into "System Preferences" and use the wizard under "Print & Scan". Make sure the networking on the printer is in on the same as your Mac.
