It is quiet inside that is normal. But outside also it should make reasonable moderate noise only. Check for any vibrations of wooden, glass, grill or plastic body. Check for balance. It should be tilted somewhat downwards.

How do i open air conditioner to clean filters

A wall unit, split system can be tricky to get. Some filters slip out, some are behind a cover held in by screws, others the complete plastic needs be removed. The filter would be in the section where the air enters the air con.
Other units have the filter behind the return air grill, others a door needs be removed to access the filter rack

Ge window ac not very cold SOME TIMES

Window A/C units are SEALED systems. In order to achieve ICE COLD air from a Window A/C Unit:

1. Unplug your unit, disconnecting the electrical service from the unit.
2. Remove the filters from the front of the unit.
3. In a typical quart spray bottle, add 4 packets of UNSWEETENED Lemon KOOL-AID, fill 1/2 full with water, screw top onto bottle, shake well for 30 seconds, remove top and add water to near the top, screw top onto bottle and shake again to mix it very well.
4. Spray the INDOOR COILS with the above KOOL-AID solution until all of the solution has been used. The CITRUS Acid in the KOOL-AID will penetrate the coils and not only remove unwanted dirt, dust and debris; but it will also clean the bi-metal portions of that coil, making it SHINE.
5. Let the KOOL-AID set on those coils for a MINIMUM of 30 minutes.
6. While the KOOL-AID is doing its job, take the filters that were removed and rinse them under a faucet, ensuring the water is flowing from the back to the front of the filters in order to dislodge and remove as much debris as possible. It is acceptable to now spray the filters with either a solution of 50% water and 50% hydrogen peroxide OR simply spray with any household disinfectant/cleaner such as Lysol or Mr. Clean or similar product. Bump the filters against your hand to remove any additional water or household spray.
7. After at least 30 minutes, take that same spray bottle and fill it with clear water. Spray those coils once more with clear water to flush what ever may have been left within those tiny coils.
8. Add 1 drop of light weight oil to the fan motor and bearing.
9. Re-install the front cover of the unit; and then reinstall the filters.
10. Plug into an electrical outlet.
11. Turn the unit to the COOLING Mode and HI Speed Fan Mode.
Enjoy continued usage of your A/C unit.
This should be performed at least once each year in order achieve the highest EFFICIENCY of your system.

Is the problem not enough air or strong air flow that is warm? It may be much more than the filter. look at the air handler (fan unit). the filter should be at the end where the air enters the unit.

How to clean and service the voltas vertis platina split ac?

The filter is behind the front panel on the indoor unit. Look for a thumb or finger grip at each side of the panel and lift the bottom of the panel out and up. The filters should be seen as soon as you lift the panel. The filters will slide out. Wash them under running water by hand. Don't scrub , vacuum or brush them. They are quiet fragile and any harsh scrubbing will damage them. Cheers.

Temperature of my Voltas AC has changed from Celsius to Fahrenheit..How to change it back

May be the settings vary from one model of AC to another . In case of Voltas vertis premium AC ( Indian make ) , after turning it to OFF , pressing the MODE and " - " ie minus button simultaneously , the C and F could be shifted . This info is printed on the back of the remote itself .
