Question about LG Heating & Cooling
Doesn't change the mode, like to change from cold to hot, the rest is all ok changed already to new batteries any good please and thank you
If all else working, problem is not with remote. More likely valve in outside unit stuck.

Does your remote have batteries? If yes change them. Somewhere on the unit there should be a selector switch, put it into test and manually lower the thermostat setting

Make sure the control or the remote has actually changed the mode setting to cool function. Try new batteries if necessary or see if the main unit has an overide or manual control to select cooling only. It may be that the compressor is not running at all. The hot air you are feeling may be the room temperature air... Can you hear if the compressor is running or is it just the fan ??
If it is still stuck on heat mode, the reversing valve may be jammed.
