Question about Nokia N96 Smartphone
Your phones software is crashed. You need to flash the memory, reload the OS. This can be done only at the authorised service centers as they are the only ones having the possession of a special cable for reloading the OS. Costs around $6-10.
You have reached the WSoD, White Screen of Death.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

1. Switch off the phone.
2. Hold down the following three buttons: Green (the call answer button), * button, and '3' button.
3. While holding these buttons, hold the power button for a second to switch on the phone.

Make sure you make a backup first before doing the hard reset. All your data in phone memory will be lost.
