Question about Weslo Cadence G 5.9 Treadmill
Hello, I got my Weslo Cadence G 5.9 Treadmill about a month and a half ago and it now makes this strange clicking when it runs. What is going on? Is there something wrong with the motor already?

this types of problem occurred due to reason given below:-
1) if your motor belt too jammed. motor need more power to rotate it.
2) motor internal coil insulation problem.
3) semi short circuit in the internal control circuit.
how to check :-
at first look the label on motor try to find out the motor Ampere then measure with a ammeter if it drawing current is high from label mentioned ampere
then motor is faulty.
for check the circuit if u don't have any previous idea plz contact with qualified technical person.
hope that u get the answer.

We used a paint stick instead of the key - it fits quite nicely - didn't even have to modify the paint stick except cutting it down so it was shorter and my hubby shaved a bit off the side. We do remove it after the work-out however!
