Question about Toshiba MK2565GSX Hard Drive MK2565GSX
I am locked out of my laptop due to the fact that when i turn it on it is asking me for a harddrive password and I do not know it. How can i reset this?
Start computer while holding or tapping the "F2" button.Screen will come up to set the BIOS password.Read all carefully, clear the passwords that were placed, and then you won't need a password. It's blank.Don't fool with any other settings, you'll screw something up and NEVER get in.Just change the screen untill you come to the password settings by using the directional arrows on lower right of your keyboard.Regards,Rigger.

New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
