That's because Technics is no longer around. Panasonic, the parent company shut that division down a few years back. Any parts you could get for a Technics unit is stock that they are selling off. They are NOT making any new parts. You may have to go the generic button route. Or, better yet, get a 3-D print of the button in question. Plenty of 3-D printer companies out there now that can do this sort of thing.

I have any old technics hi-fi separates model ch700. Its a very good hi-fi but my cd player sl-ch700gk-k/ serial no - ff2fe03900 works but no sound can be heard!! Any ideas please?

Hi, you can do a general troubleshooting for all cables speaker, etc.

After doing that you can also take it to a near by repair shop to check the sound IC inside if it will need a replacement.

Take care.

Online user manual for pure-fi elite?

You can find the quick start guide on the logitech website but doesn't answer this question. I was needing the same answer. I figured it out after pushing all the buttons, maybe you have by this time tried the same thing.
In case you haven't here is the answer:
there is a little time button (looks like a clock) right above the sleep button on the remote. press and hold this until the time on the display flashes, press plus or minus to move the hours first, then press the play/pause button to switch to minutes and plus or minus to change these. press the little clock button to exit out and set the time.
Hope this helps.

Sony Mini Hi-Fi Component System (MHC-RG660)

I understand the problem. It should be the relay which is not responding, technically not able to connect the system power supply, you will have to replace the relay. The STK chip should be working fine.
