Hi if you want delete anything from your home screen press and hold it for few seconds and you should see depends from your os bin or remove sign at the top or bottom of screen then drag it there and it's done.

This should help you...
Open your widget bar by touching the "W". Once it's open, add all of your widgets to the home screen. Stack them from top of the screen down. that should allow you to scroll down to the one you can't get to otherwise. Now simply move that one up higher, then begin to put back the ones you don't want into your widget bar in order from bottom to top. Once you have them docked back where you want them, click the "X" to close the widget bar.
Problem should be solved.

Still problem persist then go for.
Reset:
Goto settings and select phone, then select reset settings and master reset . This will make all ofyour setting go back to default but it wont delete anything
