Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Forgot 4 digit lock code on my Kyocera rise

There is no method to access the lock code from the user interface of the phone. The default lock code is usually either 0000 or the last four digits of your phone number. If you have forgotten your lock code, you need to reset the phone, however, this will wipe out everything save in the phone.

Call Virgin Mobile Support for further details. Click 'Support' at the top of this page and ask Virgin Mobile's Customer Care via phone or email. You can also click LIVE CHAT on the left side of this web page, if available.

After you put the pattern in a few times incorrectly it will lock the phone and an option at the bottom will appear that says "Forgot Pattern?" Select that and enter your email and password to unlock the phone.
