If you have a gas hot water heater, water may be dripping onto the baffle plate at the bottom and vaporizing whenever the burner fires. There would be no evidence of water under the heater in this case. Yes, I speak from experience. Also check exterior sill cocks for leakage as one might be open just a tiny bit. If you wait for freezing weather, a leaky sill cock will grow a "beard" of ice.

You have a water leak coming out of side of tank?
Water heater must be replaced. It is rusted, and could rupture.
Inspect and replace anode rod to prevent rusted tank, so water heater will last longer.

Hi .. I would first check the supply valve at the washer to be sure that it is open. if it is open , you can check the flow by shutting it off, removing the supply hose, opening the valve slowly and observing the flow. You might need a small bucket here. If you have water flow here at the washer supply valve, then the problem is inside the washer control.

Only have about 15 min of hot water and the water is not as hot as it use to be

Water heaters will fill up with sediment, because of this they have a less than 10 year lifespan. As they fill with sediment you have less room for water and it's harder to heat up.Try and flush the heater by opening the over flow valve for a couple of minutes.Open the drain at the bottom too.
One thing,as with any build up,once cleaned you can develop a leak. The reason being that there had always been a leak it was only plugged up,and by cleaning you will sometimes find a leak that never was there before. That means the tank integrity is gone and will need replacement.
Nuff said?

My Rheem hot water tank just started leaking alot of water from underneath im looking for any advice on what the problem could be also how to obtain a copy of the user manual Thanks Kelly

If it's leaking at the bottom of the tank, this is usually an indication that the tank has rusted through.
It's most likely time to replace.
Make sure it's coming from the tank by looking in where the pilot light is... with a flashlight..

It is possible that the water heater has a leak at the bottom. They eventually rust out. The valve should be removed if it is leaking and you should replace it. They are cheap. Be sure to use teflon tape to seal it back up
