Dear sir,
i have an UPS which is mentioned above, the battery charges very well but it doesn`t give any backup at all on energ UPS, but when i connected the battery to APC UPS it gave back up very well but i checked the battery and 4 mosfets of energ UPS they are all in good condition then what might the problem be? please reply soon.

Make sure that the battery you are using from the APC UPS is the correct one for the EnerG UPS, just because it fits doesn't make it the right one.

Unless the battery is fully drained the car battery charger is good enough to charge the battery mentioned. The car battery charger has got about 3-5 amps of capacity and the only possible problem will be the time taken to build up if the charge is fully down... might heat up a bit but is normal.
Only if the above battery is bad/shorted will it result in draining more current resulting in heating of the charger.
The main reason for not giving backup is improper charging or insufficient charging.
Or if the UPS is about 18-20 months old, the battery is unable to give backup.
or these are not the cases, the wires inside the ups, above the battery ,connected to the +ve and -ve ports on the above or side of battery are not properly connected or are loosen.
try to tighten them with yourself with a plier or goto a shop for a better result.

Sir, Our UPS is not charging at all. After following the procedure for
shuting and starting up, it show battery charging 0%. The model is MGE
Galaxy 3000 UPS and also cooling fan is going to falt mode .with best regards
