2008 coachman SoA 29rks exterior slide. Right above the slideout is a metal rail that has torn the fiberglass side wall. What is this rail for? Not the roof gutter, but right below that.

Without a photo, this is just a guess. Could it be the rail to hook a slide topper on that perhaps a previous owner removed? Perhaps the slide topper roller caught on something, tore the fiberglass, and so the topper was removed. You need to be sure the torn fiberglass is repaired, any water that enters that spot could cause much damage.

1994 VN 750. Kiehn 34 carbs. Why doesn't rear cylinder work?

Hi, Shane you didn't like my answer yesterday? #1 or #7 take your pick and the usual suspects are:
1. Slide atmosphere vent blocked.
2. Slide binding.
3. Spring binding.
4. Diaphragm cap loose, damaged or leaking.
5. Diaphragm pinched at lip groove.
6. Torn diaphragm.
7. Slide vacuum passage plugged.
8. Enrichner valve open, not sealed or leaking.

I am looking for a manual for my projector and wanting to know if a xbox360 can be plugged into it. We are also getting white and black spots on the screen?

Yes you can plug in your xbox into it. A manual can be found online for a price but to find a free one will take some digging. Black spots are usually a dirty lens but with white spots there will have to be more digging.

Had lightening strike behind house and our 46in Sanyo flat screen will not power on. The tv was off at the time but was plugged into the wall and not a surge protector. Any idea what the problem or fix...

The power supply filter system has damaged. Even though the set is switched OFF, the AC power supply will be present at this board, as far as the set is plugged in to wall socket. This filter section is before the On/Off switch; not after it.

Blue splonge on screen

If this is an LCD, it could be a torn ribbon cable on the red Opitical filter. It's a pain to get to and replace. It could also be a burnt Polarized glass filter on the red channel which is a little easier to replace. Check out www.pacparts.com for parts and prices. It may not be worth repairing.

Hi there

Is there any on screen prompting ?

If not , open up the lamp door at the bottom and take out the lamp. Check on the lamp's shaft for any irregularity ( i.e. vein like looking black marks or bubbles or a white spot , also check that the fillament on the inside is not broken.)

If you spot anything I listed up here , your lamp will need replacement.

If you cannot see any irregularity , check when the unit shuts down which of the LED's on the unit flashes.

It will either be your lamp or the Ballast ( lamp's powersupply ) that is faulty and will need replacement.

Buzzzzzzz

Hello to all you buzzers, I have the answer to your problem. First this is what's happening. The buzzing is coming from the power relay. It vibrates at 60hz because the power supply filter capacitor is not doing its job hence you have a rough d.c. pulse going to the relay. To solve the problem remove back of t.v. slide circuit board out (you will have to disconnect white wire from degauss coil, located on left front) look for a blue box approximately 3/4"x1 1/2" this will be the power relay. Now look for capacitor location #c622 near the relay. This capacitor should be 470uf 25v. Remove and replace with 470uf 35v capacitor, connect white degauss wire temperarily put back on and give it a spin. Hope this solves all the buzzin, robert
