Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Printer is in ready to print mode but not print when document is sent.

Hi Felix,
Again in broad terms.
When you see processing data that could be a sign that the internal processor is trying to make sense of the information you sent to it.
I've seen Xerox printers saying processing data and nothing appears before.
It could be anything from a bad file sent to the printer, that it can't deal with or print because you don't have a PDF license perhaps.
The other helpful thing would be to see if your error sheets have been turned off. I know it is usually a wast of paper but it might be a clue as to why no print appears apter processing your file/print.
Consider this, the printer I have is sat quiet with a window saying ready to print and yet the fuser is quite cold. The only thing that can wake it up is a genuine print. Now if it's cold all the time then you should have a 'Fuser Error'
Again, sorry to be so vague but without being on site it's difficult to get to the bottom of your query.
The local Xerox engineer or concessionaire should be really helpful.
Good luck.

How do I connect my Canon PIXMA MG5522 to my Chromebook? I looked on the Canon website, but it doesn't list the model of the printer, but Google lists my printer as Google Cloud Print Ready.

From what I have read (most of which is somewhat confusing) your cloud print ready printer connects directly to the internet rather than connecting to your tablet. One of the less obvious pages I found suggests that you can access your printer through your google account (Google chrome browser required) and says that you can find information in your owners manual on how to do it.

Only prints on computer restart!

Have you tried a different port?
This will identify if it is a USB issue, possible USB 1 or 2.
It sounds like an issue with your port and not the printer, do you have access to advanced settings on your computer for USB?

HP Printer will not print!

Hi,

It is really my first time to encounter that particular message that the "directory needed is unavailable". Here are the things that i want you to check.

1. Make sure that you logon to your computer using the Administrator previlege. That way, it will allow you to install and uninstall programs or softwares without any warnings.
2. Try to open the controlpanel>>> go the Printers and faxes>>> then make sure that the HP Deskjet F300 series has a check mark and it says READY.
3. If it doesnt say ready, right click the printer icon and it will give you option "USE PRINTER ONLINE". click on that.
4. Now, try printing a document.

Note: if the issue still not resolve, please give me further informations about the operating system, when you tried to print does it stays on the printing queue?

Thank you so much
