Not draining?

Check the pump cleanout. You have to either remove the lower front panel or some have a little door you remove from the front bottom right. There is a @ 2'' plug to unscrew. Put a low pan under it to catch water, unscrew it and clean it out. Should drain after that.

My Bosch Nexxt DLX series has an E:04 error code

The E04 code is a blocked pump code.

You will need to remove the round door on the bottom right hand corner of the front panel. Behind that door is a cleanout handle on the pump. You will need to unscrew that and clean it out. When you take the cleanout off there will be some water in the washer so put a pan under it OR have some towels handy. Or better yet a shop vac with the paper filter removed. You can loosen the cap about a full turn and another quarter turn before water will start to slowly flow from it. With a shop vac you can suck the water up while controlling the flow with the cap. Easy peasy. Once the water stops unscrew the cap all the way and pull the basket out. If it\'s really full it can kind of act like it\'s jambed in there but it will come. Dump the crud and don\'t forget to check the hose that goes from the tub to pump for debris. Also make sure the impeller inside pump will move and doesn\'t feel cocked to one side. If you have it put a little petrolium jelly around the threads and o-ring of the basket cap before reinstalling it. It will make removal easier the next time you clean it. If you have trouble let me know.

I had a paper jam in my ESP 5200 printer. Now I can't figure out how to get the light gray back piece back into the printer. There are no pictures for how it fits. HELP!

Good Day Auntbigsis!

The gray piece at the back is the cleanout assembly.

To Install the cleanout assembly back at the rear of the printer after removing paper jam, just follow the procedure:
  1. Insert the right side of the cleanout assembly into the back of the printer so that the tabs fit into the slots on the right side of the cleanout area.
  2. Rotate the left side of the cleanout assembly until the latch snaps into place.
  3. Pull on the cleanout assembly to insure that it is seated.

We have a esp 3250 all in one printer. We had a paper jam. We removed the paper jam and now the printer is telling us that there is still a paper jam. Please tell me what to do next. Thank you.

Reset the printer:

  1. Turn off your printer.
  2. Wait 30 seconds.
  3. Remove all paper from the paper input tray(s).
  4. Make sure the paper output tray are open and free of any paper.

  4. Check the inside of your printer for a paper jam. If necessary, slowly pull the jammed paper from your printer.
  5. If paper is not visible, check your printer for foreign objects, such as paper clips or staples. If necessary, carefully remove the foreign objects from your printer.
  6. Check under the printer for obstructions. Remove any debris. If necessary, relocate the printer to a flat, hard surface.

IMPORTANT: If the cleanout assembly is not installed and seated correctly, paper jam or paper tray empty errors may occur.

  7. Install the cleanout assembly:
    a. Insert the right side of the cleanout assembly into the back of the printer so that the tabs fit into the slots on the right side of the cleanout area.
    b. Rotate the left side of the cleanout assembly until the latch snaps into place.
    c. Pull on the cleanout assembly to insure that it is seated.

I have an Axxis+ washer/dryer. The washer is giving me an F:34 error, any ideas?

you can try this I had one of these the other day. On the bottom front of the washer you will find a round access cover, rotate it to the right to remove it, inside you will find a green cord to manually unluck the door, pull it down. Door should now be unlocked. Chances are the door won't unluck because the wash water is not draining from the washer due to a clogged drain pump. Right behind that round access cover is the water pump. Before you open the pump cleanout, soak up all the remaining water inside the wash basket of the machine, or use a wet dry vacuum to vacuum up the water. Have a shallow pan and lots of bath towels to catch the water when you open up the drain pump cleanout. Check the drain pump cleanout for lint, small socks, coins and whatever gets left in pockets of clothes.http://servicetechhelp.com/discus/messages/2801/65423.html?1241057606

Door is locked and won't open,

If it has a drain cleanout which is clogged, it will make the door lock and you have to remove the bottom front access panel and reach up to the door lock and pull on a round plastic release tab to unlock the door and clean the drain cleanout. Or call a certified repair company such as Sears.

Oder inside washer

On newer other machines, there is a cleanout cycle that uses 2/3 cup of bleach, no detergent and I believe uses more water. Suggest you use a load of white towels, no detergent, the bleach and put it through a normal or soak cycle where the bleach has a chance to kill off the germs and other bacteria, then rinses itself clean. They also recommend that the door be left open on these machines to allow the moisture to clear and dry assisting in curtailing further development of the same. The cleanout procedure they present is suggested for monthly using their special cycle which doesn't exist on my HE3T either. Hope this helps some. NOTE: There are cautions about leaving the high level of concentrations in the washer for extended periods or too often.
