The problem is likely related to overheating. The thermostat/ temperature sensor of the boiler could be faulty.
See top of page 18 of user manual.
The part could be order # 400666 on page 6 of this catalog. The actual boiler heating element is order # 416395 on page 10 of the catalog. Also check order # 416394 on page 11 which is the boiler element with safety device. Depends which one is used in your model.
