If it is electric start
you need a new starter solenoid
if it will not turn over on the kick start
then your engine is seized to solve the problem for this
remove you spark plug and put some thin oil down there and let it soak
for a day or two
remove the side casing and turn it over on the flywheel nut
until it is free
give it a few more turns and get the old oil out then
put your spark plug back in and start it

Hi have a 1987 honda civic. Cooling fan does not

check the temperature switch for power and test power at fan relay, you can also run wire from battery to fan directly and tap to see if fan works

Honda accord 1987 model, wont start!

Try looking in the area of the left rear wheel. jack it up, and use safety stand, pull wheel off, there should be a cover over it. Follow lines from tank to that area. Look for a filter in that area too, or ahead of it in the line. Get someone to turn key, just to on, and see if you hear it come on momentarily. Personally, i'd try new filter first because your going to want to change it anyway if pump needs to be done.
