You probably need to go to picture settings, but you will have to read the manual for troubleshooting those settings. My had a complete blue screen as well. I had to go to "Advanced Settings." Also, there is also a more complex feature, as far as settings go. You really need to know your t.v. picture settings. I bet this will take care of your problem. It worked for me. My color t.v. was way off, and it had too much blue color. So, I had to figure out how to get the picture back on my t.v. When I did read the manual for color settings, I had no more problems with my t.v. picture.
