Here is a diagram with a regular bulb, it should work the same as a motion sensor, if you have a black and white wire.

Lights flash on and off

Very common issue with motion sensing lights. You can either replace the light sensor which is available at most hardware stores or you can disable the motion sensing feature and just have an on-off light. To disable the sensor, (turn off the power!) unscrew and remove the light sensor (it is the reposition-able box under the light.) It depends on the particular light, but you usually just match up the wire coming into the light from the house and the wire from the bulbs and connect them with a wire-nut.

Motion sensor light lights up during the day

Is this new installation, or old motion sensor that has malfunctioned? Add comment.
Motion sensor has adjustment dials.
Motion sensor that lights in day has probably gone bad.
Occupancy switch and motion sensor wire the same:

User manual for fl09sbk light

It appears this device is rate 10 amps at 230 volts = 2300 watts.
Use at least #14 wire and 15 amp breaker.
Connect wire at connection point on light.
Unit appears to have a transformer, and might make humming sound.
There is override located somewhere on unit. Possibly as a button on the motion sensor

If infrared motion detector requires separate wiring connection, then use following wiring illustration:

Motion sensor will probably have 2 settings.
1st setting for sensitivity, so it will not activate when cat walks up driveway.
2nd setting for time duration, selectable from 30 seconds to 7 minutes

I have a stairs with a switch and a bulb on each floor and i need to replace them with a wall pir sensor on each floor i need the wiring diagram

I answer questions for free.
I know electrical wiring.
I am unsure about a few things in your question.
Are you wanting to know how to wire a product you purchased?
Are looking for a wiring diagram to see if you can do what your want?

1) Is your circuit a 3-way circuit with 2 switches controlling both lights?
2) Or are there 2 different circuits where each switch controls one light?

Here is a Leviton manual with wiring for occupancy sensors:
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Leviton-IPP0R-1LW.pdf
If you want sensors to replace 3-way switches, you need a control sensor and a remote sensor.

Wiring diagram 3 way motion detector switch I want the motion detector to be in the hot line box, and I want a regular 3 way to turn the light on from the load box. So far I can only get the motion...

Sorry, but you need one extra wire between the switches to wire "the opposite configuration" that you want :-(
That means going into the attic and pulling another cable :-( I can walk you through it if you are willing to do all that work.
The only other solution would be to purchase the commercial version of that motion switch, which would also require a sensor at _each_ switch location :-(

How do you connect a motion sensor light switch to a chord that can be plugged into a wall?

hmmm lets see... what is the motion sensor controlling?... lets assume it is a lamp with a plug on it. so you need to wire the motion sensor so that it has a male plug on one end and a female plug on the other. lets also assume it is two wire lamp cord and a two prong plug. Take a standard extension cord and split off one of the wires and cut it, attach one of the motion sensor wire to one of those wires and the other motion sensor wires to the other wire.. so the motion sensor is splitting on of the wires.. oh this would be so easy to draw...
