If the refrigerant is low /the coolant is low then AC will not work. But the heater will work.In this case the refrigerant needs to be refilled from car ac service center. Its not advisable to fill the refrigerant manually. So getting it done by a professional is very much advisable.
But refilling the refrigerant should solve the problem. If there is no refrigerant leak.At the ac service center, they will confirm this before refilling refrigerant.

The possibility is faulty water inlet valve. The valve lets the water to enter the machine. But if this valve is got weak/faulty then it will not stop the water from entering. If the water fill vale is checked ok then other possibility is faulty water fill valve switch. The switch detects the required water in the washing machine and shuts the fill valve off,but if the switch is faulty then it will not shut the water fill valve off and this will not stop the water from filling and this overfills the water. So most cases the water fill valve is faulty and it has to be replaced. But if the fill valve is checked ok then other possibility is faulty water fill valve switch.
It's usually a diaphragm device with a small, clear tube attached between the switch and the bottom of the washer's outer tub.

If its not filling with water then its a fill valve problem. But if the machine is filling but not draining then its a drain pump problem.Either the drain pump is clogged or faulty.Remove the drain and check both the drain pump and hose to which drain pump is connected. If both checks out ok then its faulty drain pump causing this problem.Replace the pump.

If the washer is not filling with water then the water inlet valve needs to be checked. The water inlet valve is also called water fill valve. If the fill valve is faulty then it will not the water to get filled in the machine.
(The water-inlet valve is the device on the washing machine that the fill hoses are attached to.) If they're clean, you probably have a defective water-inlet valve. If so, you should completely replace the valve. You can get required parts from www.repairclinic.com Thanks. Keep updated for any more query. You can rate this

This often is a drain hose that is too low or a drain hose that has been pushed too far down inside the stand pipe....the water is actually siphoning out of the washer.Do not"seal" the drain hose to the house plumbing pipe, this will also allow the water to be siphoned out.If drain hose is checked ok then its confirmed problem of faulty water fill valve. the fill valve is leaking. When they go bad they can leak water without being told to by the timer. I would replace the fill valve after pulling the hose off the fill end and watching to see if water drips out.
