1974 Silver Shadow leaks fuel when I start it, but quits by the time I back it out of the garage.

This must be identified as it can be also due to a overflow from the fuel line , a possible leak in the old type carburator as the flow chamber needle valve is struck and so the flow may not react as it can be dry and so the fuel might fill and overflow as the fuel pump works.
You need to remove and clean the float chamber, check for dirt in the chamber, clean the valve and it must be resolved.

I have a 1988 yamaha blaster and the carb has been cleaned several times but now when I put the carb back in and then hooked up the fuel line the carb started leaking out the overflow hose. An so I cannot...

It sounds like the float got stuck in the open position when you went to reassemble the carburator, thus allowing fuel to flow constantly. With the handle end of a screw driver try tapping the bowl a few times. This may free it up, but If the leaking doesn't stop your going to need to take it apart again and check the float assembly again.

When I turn the fuel from off to on, fuel leaks out everywhere

Do you mean at the carburator ? If so the float (controls fuel level in carburator bowl) is either sticking or leaking making the fuel flow continuously, out of carb. The float and fuel inlet needle need to be unstuck or replaced if fuel is leaking in the float itself making it heavier therefore letting in more fuel than it should. If anywhere along fuel lines, replace fuel lines. Hope this helps.

Overheating fiat seicento

I hope you have managed to solve the radiator problem by now. Seicento seem to suffer from water flow blockage in the heater blower area. I recommend you check the piper behind the carburator and make sure water is flowing. Normally when these pipes are blocked, water will flow back to the expansion tank and start leaking through its cap. You can also open the small screw on the small pipe coming out from the back panel behind the carburator and see whetehr water flows. Also, if the water is heard grumbling when engine is switched off, it is highly likely that the water is not flowing through the heater unit. Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Andrew
