Question about Sam4s Retail Supplies
I start preparing the communication between ER-5215M and my PC, but had a message to load paper in. Once done I have "Cover Open Err". The register doesn't respond any more... When turn the key to other position I have "Sequence Err"... So I wonder if I could get the Register to Factory Setting I could then re-try the communication with my PC. Could you help?

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

The T5000 Talkabout radio default settings are not the same as the CP100 and CLS. The CLS and the CP100 UHF are capable of being programmed to match one another on several frequencies, however, the TalkAbout T5000 is not capable of any of them.
The Talkabout radios, as a general rule, are limited to FRS and GMRS frequencies. The CP100 and CLS are from the business and light consumer divisions. They will do most of the common 56 UHF business frequencies.
If you would like to look at the frequency charts yourself, here are some links.
Here are the frequencies possible on the T5000 http://www.fixya.com/support/p514922-motorola_talkabout_t5000_2_way_radio/manual-362/page-17

I would not recommend doing this unless you are certain that it is the cause. I have never had memory corruption in this series before, so I would strongly suggest it is being caused by another factor such as spillage in the keyboard.
Can you tell me exactly which buttons are showing the problem and what happens when you press them. Can you still make sales with the product buttons?

Most Sharp register, including the ER-A420, have a rechargeable battery mounted inside to hold all memory when the power goes out. It should last a few months, but two years is a bit much. This might get it going:
