How to find your Chinese Tablet firmwar

On the iRulu.com site, scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Download Center link in the Customer Service section. Alternatively, go to directly to https://www.irulu.com/download-center . (Note: this link is valid as of 9/20/2017, it may change.)

I did find a pop-up window for a promotion on iRulu products that needed to be closed before I could look at the serial number/product list after following the link to the Download Center.

flash the tablet with firmware.download correct firmware to pc.copy to micro sdcard.insert card into tablet and do a factory reset,select reboot. or power off,then on,it'll do the rest,take out card and power on.

you have to use the phoenix card to reinstall the stock firmware. you can find it at Irulu.com go to drivers. i just did a reinstall using the same process.
