Question about Brother HL-2070N Laser Printer
Our HL-2070N got an IP address set up and it worked fine before we sent it to a printer shop for a hardware service. The printer shop said they didn't touch the network card. But now the printer couldn't be detected on the same LAN. When I chose the old network printer name with the old port, it showed the printer is "not-connected". It looks like the IP set up has been lost. How do you set up the IP address on the printer again? (Unfortunately the person who set up the IP address before was gone and there is no any manual left).
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
