Try to update your antivirus and scan it. or try to download this worm/trojan killer software: http://leerz25.sitetested.com then scan your computer. I have same problem with my PC before. Tyr to access C: or D: using my computer and type C: or D: in the address bar then enter. If it works then the cause of your problem is a virus.

EXTRACT Virus FILES BEFORE PERFORMING SCAN

You can use this program:

http://www.download.com/Unlocker/3000-2248_4-10637577.html?tag=lst-1

to unlock the files and then delete them. I've used it before to remove virus files that I couldn't delete the normal way.

Loading win xp gives message script file cleanvirus.vbs not found

Disable System Restore. Scan your computer with the free version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.
http://malwarebytes.org/
If you don't have an Anti-Virus program, download Avast and scan.
http://www.avast.com/
If both scans don't detect anything, do this..
Ctrl-Alt-Del > Processes - End the following processes in order:
dxdlg.exe
wscript.exe
Start > Run > regedit - Open the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
In the right hand pane, select Userinit and delete everything except C:\windows\system32\ userinit.exe

Make sure the processes wscript.exe and dxdlg.exe are not running.

Delete the following files
C:\Windows\System32\dxdlg.exe
C:\Windows\System32\boot.vbs
In your Windows drive, search for boot.vbs and delete all of them.
In your Windows drive, search for kinza.exe and delete all of them.
Enable System Restore.
Restart your computer.

Computer problem

The only way to get a reliable anti-virus is to purchase. Use the control panel - add/remove and uninstall any avg programs. Then run msconfig - startup and disable any avg program. Reboot. See what happens. Purchase an anti-virus and load that.

Rundll64.dll.vbs virus in my pc

The worm copies itself to the root folder of writable drives, and adds an autorun.inf file in an attempt to execute itself when the drive is mounted.

When run, the worm copies itself to <Windows>\RUNDLL64.dll.vbs

The following registry entry is created to run RUNDLL64.dll.vbs on startup:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
MSConfigs
<Windows>\RUNDLL64.dll.vbs
So, when you will click on any drive it will not be open it just try to run that INF file.

If you have any anti virus scan your system or click here for a free demo of Avira Anti Virus Sacanner.

Thanks
Iqbal
