I have replaced oven element and thermostat in my logik fan assisted cooker and still not heating up

Predicated you checked your circuit breaker or fuse at the electrical service panel and you checked for voltage at the wall socket, both legs, and you checked the plug wire...and it is not damaged;
1) check the wire connection which the oven element is connected to; make sure it is not burned or loose
2) check for a blown thermal fuse by isolating it from the oven wirind and using a continuity tester, check for continuity. If there is no continuity, replace the thermal fuse.
Incidentally, you should have checked the heating element for continuity before replacing it to see if in fact it was defective in the first trial and error of randomly changing perts without testing them is not a good way to troubleshoot a problem; it will become too costly.
3) Likewise with the thermostat control sensor, you should have checked its resistance; a good thermostat would have a reading of 1100 Ohms of resistance. Anything other than that, it is defective.
4) Another problem could lie in the electronic oven control board; there is no specific test procedure that can be done other than removing it and visually inspecting it for obvious signs of burned out components or the smell of burnt out components

Hi, I am thinking about buying a logik lbfanx10 oven but I understand it has to be hard wired. My old oven is simply fitted with a 13amp plug and it just plugs into a socket. As I do not know the power...

The following website installation and user manual indicates a current value of 13-15 Amperes. You may have upgrade the wiring and the plug. Specification Model LBFANX10
Rated Voltage 230 - 240 V
Rated Frequency 50 Hz
Power 3200 - 3500 W
Current 13 - 15 A
Top Element 1200 W
Bottom Element 1100 W

Need manual

You will need the brand and model number to get a manual. Most GE appliance manuals are available here: . Sometimes, you will get the manual without typing in the entire model number. LG manuals are here: . Whirlpool manuals are often found here: . Most Kenmore appliance manuals (and any appliance sold at Sears) will probably have a manual available at Manage My Life: .

With mergers, most brands of appliances are actually going have their manuals at one of the above sites. Please let me know if you have a specific oven for which you need the manual.

I hope this helps.
