Question about Dell Latitude D600 Notebook
Screen on Dell Inspiron 6000 turned sideways. How do I correct it? Ctrl Alt and arrows don't work. Fn and F8 the screen changes but goes right back to sideways.
Power off the laptop.
Power it on and tap F2 at the Dell logo. check if the screen is sidways in the BIOS or not. If it looks normal in the BIOS restart the computer and go to control panel and uninstall the Video drivers. Restart the computer. It will boot up with basic drivers. Install the video drivers and the issue should be fixed.
If the display is side ways even in the BIOS try a BIOS update from support.dell.com and if you dont have an update reflash the BIOS with teh version availbale on the website.
