SOURCE: Hi im Gavindu, I have IBM NetVista PC. I need to format my HDD so i went up to the BIOS, but the BIOS Language is Different, Not English please chang my bios language

You are going to have to flash it again the BIOS in your language. Go to the support and downloads section also check and make sure there is not a setting for languages in the BIOS hard to do this if you cannot read it that is just plain a hassle I can relate with you on this one for sure. You can go in here to get the flash software download. make sure it is the right model. Click Here

My bios setup language is change. so how to change english language?

Most BIOS versions included a language option

Get the computer manufacturer and your computer model number.

If it is available, go to the manufacturer site and look for BIOS & Firmware upgrades.

Most BIOS versions included a language option

When your PC is starting up, press the Setup key. This is usually Del, F2, or F12.

The key, however differs with each machine.

It should be stated on the screen for a very short time which key is the setup key

you can change the bios settings by using the ARROW KEYS select it press enter and exit then press the F10 key to save to cmos and restart

if your not sure or you have made any wrong bios changes you can set failsafe or optimised defaults

if you are unable to change the bios language settings the bios might need to be updated or bios chip might need to be changed or flashed

Before flashing the BIOS do a search on BIOS flash and read the caveats.

Backup your current BIOS and only flash if it is absolutely necessary!!

If the computer vendor is unknown or unavailable, try to identify the motherboard vendor and model number if you can, BIOS updates are specifically associated with motherboard versions:

you can change the language settings

click start control panel regional and language options select regional language options from the drop down list select the language you want also from the bottom drop up list you can select your present location location or another language

hope this helps

IDEAPAD HAS SPANISH LANGUAGE ON IT WILL NEED TO CHANGE CMOS AND REINSTALL WIN 7 IN ENGLISH

On the IdeaPad, while the system is booting, before you get to the windows booting screen (during the BIOS boot), press F2 to bring up the BIOS options. From there, change the language ("idioma" in spanish) from spanish (Espanol) to english (Ingles). If that doesn't fix it, then change the language in Windows 7 (Start menu > Control Pannel > Clock, language, and Region > Region and Language)
You should not have to reinstall the operating system. If you have trouble navigating in Spanish, contact me at my listed email address.

SETTINGS FROM FRENCH TO ENGLISH

There are three areas you can (or cannot) set languages.
1. Operating system (Windows most probably) Unfortunatelly you cannot change the operating system language. (Except Vista Ultimate and Vista Enterprise edition and having the right MUI)
Other windows languages are not changeable without re-installing the current op.sys. and of course you have to have the right language based op. sys. on cd or on dvd.
2. BIOS language change: It can be change if the BIOS flashable and the BIOS provider released the required version in your language. (Mostly default language is english) Some BIOS can be set to other language without flashing it. Look in the BIOS menu first. It's not easy to find if its set to another language but try every sub menu than you will find it.
3. The regional and keyboard settings. Its a basic setup in the control panel--->Regional and Language (GLOBE ICON) ---> firs and second tab you have to choose the desired language.
