be care ful this will distroy all your phone book and massages and user settting take back up before do it.

Hold the red reset button found directly below the left soft key on the slide out keyboard and the center button (Action Key) of the four way cursor for a few seconds simultaneously, after holding for a few seconds release the reset button first.

Second option is in the WM6 software, go to Phone Settings found in the System settings area, and use the Clear All Data function. This will clear all data and applications stored within the phones internal memory, but retains previous phone settings and preferences.

Video upload

please provide me with an email adress for me to send you the programs required for this. Yahoo would be preferable since it supports easy file transfers. Otherwise you may search for the divx player, codec & converter (free version) or smartmovie ( the most efective and easy to use version, however it costs something around $28).

Problem wiht the files browser

Let's clarify a few things, when you try to access files on your PDA in file explorer or within a program it will not let you open it. I would try updating your bios and see what happens.  Here's a link to where you can get it.

Also try browsing the files from your computer.  Also try starting fresh.  This is a really odd problem.  What programs do you use to try and open files?  Good luck with your issue.
