Have a broken pedal where can i get one?

Amazon is as good as anywhere, or you can visit a local cycle shop. Buy a pair. When you are fitting them, note that one side is left hand thread and the other side is right hand thread!

How to best insert new break fluid and bleed the line

Depending on which brand of brakes you have on your bike, you will need a brake bleeding kit specific to those brakes. Some of the fittings in the kit are such that you can't make them or obtain them elsewhere easily. There are various fluids used also. Some brakes use mineral oil and some brake fluid vary in density from DOT 3 to 5.1. This is something that is more easily done with a helper and the right tools. A good bicycle shop can do this at a nominal fee or they can sell or order you what you will need.
