Question about Codegen S3-001-CA Computer Speakers
I obtained this computer from a former user. The speakers formerly used on this computer are the Cyber Acoustic brand. I cannot install them. I have plugged both the left and right speakers into the subwoofer. I also plugged in the power and see a blue light at the back of the subwoofer, indicating there actually is power. I have inserted the green input plug into the subwoofer, but cannot find a port on the computer that matches the plug. There are about 6 similar ports on the computer, all different colors, none of which will activate the speakers. Where should I be inserting this input plug into the computer?
Try to check if your computer supports the 5.1 or 8.1 audio cahnnel cause sometimes the reason why your speaker won't work due to its audio channel capability or supports. Try also to check if your install your audio driver properly. If your audio cannot support either 5.1 or 8.1 channel then you have to find a technician to help you or but audio device that supports your speaker in order to find the exact plug for your speaker.
