good morning ! thats verry easy to make shorter !just look the possition of arow and push the pin to out use the pointed tool and anvil to releas the pin ! thank you !god bless !....

I drilled a coupleof very small holes in the plastic part of the case and also in the watch band where it attaches to the case. I mixed strong epoxy glue (two part) and held the two pieces together with clamps over night. That was 6 months ago and it is still holding. The holes helped squeeze the glue into the joint. mcdevito75 here, I'm surprised a jeweler couldn"t help. Here is Casio"s contact number, speak with them, TIP, get a spring bar 1/2 MM smaller and larger than what you measured. Contact Casio at 800-435-7732 9AM-----5 PM EST. hope this helps.
