Could use butter knife or similar something to pry up case back , there is back of watch 12 O'clock side between case and case back put butter knife in and pry up . Be careful make sure not hurting yourself and same time be gentle make sure not damaging something
If the fan runs all the time, even when the engine is first started up and cold, then you probably have a bad temperature sensor switch. When that sensor fails, it keeps the fan on all the time so the car will never overheat...Chris
Hi Cole, I suggest you carry out the following exercise.... Start the vehicle and, move it slowly under its own power backwards and forward several times....slowly applying and releasing pressure to the transfer lever....until the 'wind up' releases and the low range becomes disengaged....The 4X4 range and more often the low range of off road vehicles often becomes 'wound up' locking it....just as you're experiencing'....We have plenty of experience with 4X4's here in Africa....It may take several tries but it should release....
