Question about Multitech Systems Computers & Internet
You can always do a hard reset, this will put the router back to default as though you just purchased it.If you know your routers IP address you can also get into it that way,if not all you need to do is go to your Windows search by pressing your Window Logo or clicking on the Windows logo on the bottom left of your screen and then in the search type in CMD. This will bring you to a black screen with a C> or something similar , type in "ipconfig /all " without the quotes then it will show you the ip address ,from there you should be able to type in that address on your internet search bar,no need to be connected at this point. Once there you will be able to access your modem and reset your router to factory default. You should be good to go from there.I have inserted a link here hopefully you will be able to see it and it has more help if you need it.Good luck
