Try downloading the updates for your software from Janome Global, downloads, software. Version 1 needs patches to make it compatible with XP. The most current Version for the 10000 software is 2.21, and the upgraded program is Digitiser pro/MB , a much more stable and far easier version to work with. The upgrade has to be purchased via a dealer or direct from Janome.

Try saving your Monogram Wizard design to your computer. Then open Easy Edit and Import the design using the drop down menu under File. Manipulate the design and then send it to the machine using Write designs. You will have to make sure the design is going to fit in the hoop correctly before you save it to .sew in the Monogram Wizard program. On the save screen... near the bottom there is a box about turning the design sideways and this is often the problem. Will be glad to talk more. email@example.com
