I have a Utica Gas Furnace; the overflow pipe is continuously dripping hot water. What could be the problem?

you did not state which model, therefore detailed instruction or remedy is not possible, telepathy do not work that hot as they show in the movies... these two are most "popular " choices in most of boilers, regardless of brand or heating element.

another reason can be location of the boiler, if it is much lower than lowest radiator - it can constantly overflow and drip hot water from overflow valve as well.

Back door of icemaker is fozen, cannot be fixed

Unplug your unit and let it sit for 24 hours. It will melt the ice and then you can dump the overflow tray located on the bottom of the unit. You may have to remove the guard in front to access the overflow water tray.

Water leaking from overflow.

This is not an "overflow". It is a Temperature/pressure relief valve. Sometimes they leak with age or build up solids in valve preventing them from closing completely. This is the single most important safety device on your water heater. If one of the thermostats is malfunctioning, the TPR valve will relieve. If the pressure rises too high, it will also relieve. You can replace the valve, but be sure it is the same temperature and pressure rating. You will need to turn the water off and drain some of the water prior to removing the valve. Don't forget to reinstall the down pipe that directs floor to floor or drain. If a new one leaks also, suspect your temperature control. Water heaters can be bombs if the safeties are not working properly

Water puddles leaking our of overflow pipe onto floor

sounds like your pressure relief is leaking. Make sure your home water pressure isn't abnormally high (above 80 psi). As long as your water pressure is fine, you should replace the pressure relief.
