The switch is a very simple thing. I would take this apart and make sure the solder connection was not broken. If it was a quick soldering job will fix this. There is a very good likelihood that this has connectors rather than being soldered and they slipped off. If the switch is broken you will be able to find a replacement close enough to use at a home improvement store or hardware store.

DSP A 1092 keeps tripping when switched

try unplugging each set of leads 1 set at a time, and after each set of leads are unplugged switch it on as it may be a set of faulty leads,it sounds like the safety cut out is coming on and switching off the power to save your system blowing due to bad or broken phono leads or speaker cables.it could also be that you could have blown your output transisters or something else thats causing the saftey cut out to cut off the power, also make sure there are no loose connections inside your mains plug as this would cause the same thing.

My 2007 ford transit loses power and then cuts out

I have a 2.4 diesel 375 nm model and i have been told that the problem is solved by installing the correct fuel filter. Mine loses all power and stops, and the curly light comes on, and I switch it off and start it again. It works every time but is bloody dangerous on a hill when passing someone and towing a trailer.

Transit connect central locking.

you should have 2 fuses undere the steering wheel and might be taped to the steering columb this is the most likely cause. good luck, yours should be the same as mine mines a 54 plate

Maytag dishwasher will not work

Check for broken wire(s) in the harness at the bottom of the front door (near hinge) where it transits from the inside of door to the lower motor compartment. (Design defect causes metal to cut the harness)

Take apart

first you are definitly going to need a: razor saw, lead from a resistor, a solder and iron and long nose pliers

then...Using the razor saw cut at a shallow angle on either side of the power socket then continue the cut onto the bottom of the laptop, cut there at a shallow angle. The cuts should be about 1-1.5 inches long and just through the plastic body.

Now cut back and forth between the cuts at the transition point to produce two separate tabs

Snap off the tabs to give you access to the socket. De solder the socket and take it out. check to see if any of the pins are broken....once thats done then solder the socket back into place and test it. or you can just completly replace the socket.. then secure it with superglue.
