Go to Kodak site. The error message means system failed. You will need to unplug the printer for at least 30 seconds and then plug back in. You also may need updated drivers.

How do I resolve the error message "System status failed" (error code 3807)?
  1. Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
  2. Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset.
  3. Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn the printer on if necessary
If the error continues:
  1. Open the printer access door.
  2. Remove and install the printhead two times.
  3. Close the printer access door.
  4. Wait until the printer is ready to use.
If the error is resolved, upgrade your printer firmware:
  1. Locate and select the firmware for your printer.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the firmware.

My printer has stopped printing with a message saying; Printer error: go to adventprintersupport.en.custhelp.com/app/go/aiosupport Code 3807 What does it mean?

The AT schedule file is corrupted. Explanation: This message should occur only on a down-level computer. Any action to correct the problem should be performed on that computer. The schedule file is damaged.

Action: Restore the schedule file, Sched.log, from a backup copy, or delete the file and create a new one with the AT utility. Sched.log is in the LANMAN\LOGS directory.

You might have to uninstall the printer restart your computer then reinstall your printer
click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to ports(COM&LPT) + to expand you should see a communication port and Ecp printer port you might see a yellow?question mark this will mean you need to install a new driver for this device right click you will have options to update driver,disable,uninstall or select properties again you will have the similiar options also you can troubleshoot the device
you could run the check disk utility
click start run type cmd then type chkdsk/r/f which will scan for and attempt to repair any bad sectors and automatically fix any corrupt files on your hard drive then defragment your hard drive or
control panel administrive tools,computer management ,disk management right click on your drive select properties click tools you should see click check now click start two boxes automatically fix files and scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors place then a tick in both boxes then select check now,start should schedule this task when restart hope this helps

To resolve the error message "System status failed" (error code 3807):
Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset.
Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn the printer on if necessary

If the error continues:
Open the printer access door.
Remove and install the printhead two times.
Close the printer access door.
Wait until the printer is ready to use.

If the error is resolved, upgrade your printer's firmware.

If the error is not resolved, contact kodak.

My printer ESP5 shows an Error code 3807. I do


Maybe the printhead is not working properly. call Kodak and they will going to replace tht printhead. Thanks

What is an error 3807?


If this error is from your printer itself, This error code means that you need to replace the Printhead. Call Kodak so that they can process a replacement for you 1800 421 6699

Does anyone know what error code 3807 on a Kodak ESP 5 all in one is? And....can anyone tell me why the dammed thing tells me the print head is not installed every time I turn it on?

If the error condition continues:
  1. Remove and install the Printhead two times before closing the Printer Access Door.
  2. Wait until the printer is ready to use.
