1. Make sure the mic is not set to mute.
2. Check your battery charge. Low charge may turn off video.
3. Your operating system appears to be Marshmallow. I am not sure what application you are attempting to use for voice chat. It might be Google Duo, Facebook Messenger, Hangouts, or Imo, among others. If an application is not working, one generally tries reinstalling it.
4. Another application may be running and blocking use of the mic. Check what else is running. I think holding down the home button will reveal what is running. Shut down background apps and test the app you are using. Google Play may have What's App to check this.
this may be a smart tv rather than a tablet ????
It will most likely be running an android operating system
if it is then it should have an APPs store built into its apps.
Is there an App called Google Play Store ?
if yes then you need to go to the browser assuming you have set this device up to run on the internet ?
then go to www.gmail.com and create a gmail account this is needed to use the google play store app and google play store will ask you for the gmail account email address and password when you first run it..

A few suggestions:
1. Ensure you are using a good (fast) wifi connection.
2. Make sure there are not too many apps running in the background on the tab at the same time (using resoures). Close unused/unneeded ones.
3. Check for updates to your tab's system software. If available install the latest update.
4. Log into Facebook with a browser app instead (i.e. chrome, firefox, etc.). Check if there is a problem after 30 min. or so accessing Facebook this way.
5. A full system reset will probably fix the problem (unless there is also a hardware component problem with the tab). But it is a lot of work to reinstall apps, accounts, etc. (... consider only as a last resort).
You really should check the manual, to see how to move or to install the apps on the SD card. Not all Android tablets and phones work the same. You not giving any detail of yours does not make this easier.
Some systems can install the apps on the SD card and they can run from the card. Others only allow you to put apps on the SD card, but before you can use them, you have to install them in the internal memory.
Again, check the manual.
Kindles and Androids run two DIFFERENT operating systems/software and you cannot put an app from a Kindle on an Android device. Just like you can't take an app from an Android device and put it on an Apple iPhone. They are entirely different computer languages and don't work that way.
