Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

When I enter my email address when registering my WB35F I get a message that my email is wrong. Why?

Hi you probably registered with a different email address & the site sent a cookie to your computer, now when you go to that site it remembers you from the cookie. I'd go into the search part of your system & type in cookies it should be in the C drive then either find the cookie or delete the lot. If you delete the lot some sites will not remember you. If this does not work empty cache &if that fails delete browsing history, if that fails try using a different browser such as chrome or safari or firefox. This might be better if you try this first.

Problem with Login. I forgot the password and cannot login.

If you need help logging in, consider the following:
  1. Your email address cannot contain any spaces.
  2. Be sure you use your email address and not your name.
  3. Be sure to include ".com" at the end of your email address (or relevant domain name).
  4. If you no longer have access to your email address, you must log in with your old email address. Then you may change your email address in the preferences section of your account.
Are you having difficulty because of a problem with your password?
  1. Your password cannot contain any spaces.
  2. Your password must be at least eight (8) characters long.
  3. Your password is case sensitive. Please make sure you have properly included any capital letters.
  4. If you have forgotten your password, we can reset your password.
Are you using a browser that doesn't support cookies, or do you have cookies disabled?

Your browser must support cookies, and the option must be enabled in order for you to log in. This is for your security and convenience, so that you don't have to log in with your password every time you view a new page. To enable cookies, see the online Help for your browser.

You have probably disabled cookies. Add the email provider's website as a "trusted" website.
In Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > Sites Enter the URL of the site, and then click the "Allow" button.

My yahoo email keeps logging me out during my sessions.

Maybe that the problem is a disconnect and reconnect to the internet. Some routers with original firmware do have such connection problems.
So you establish a session at yahoo with ip x.x.x.x, yahoo sets a cookie for that session, router looses the connection and reconnects automatically, you get another ip y.y.y.y and the cookie may be invalid.

you may be able to browse other sites which doesn't relies on cookies and which have set cookies timeout to a large extend.
