What is the max volume? Give us a reference point. Is 20/21 to low?

Ok just read all your posts. Too many about the same issue. It sounds like you get distortion when the volume goes over 21. Since you have consistently failed to tell us a reference point, max speaker volume is XX, I 3would recommend getting a $40-$50 2.1 speaker system and connect it to your tv audio out.

How can dialogue volume be increased?

You will need access to all of the program audio files from the CD. You can either use an external audio editor to adjust individual files to balance audio levels. Or, you can use iTunes. In iTunes when you burn a playlist to disc, there is an option you can check called 'Sound Check'. It does a decent job of adjusting volume levels of individual tracks to match more closely.

Why can`t I get my iPhone 5 C to ring. It jusy vibrates

Check above the volume key, there should be a little switch. If it's orange, flick the switch so that it isn't. Other than that, try turning your volume up.

No ring for in coming call or text

You might want to restore the whole iphone or ,try these suggestions first: go to settings, then sound, then check to see if ALL sounds are set to on. If yes then press your volume button up and check to see if your sound is all the way up. If yes the last thing you want to do is check to see if your vibrate switch (on the side of the phone above the volume rocker) is set to vibrate. If you see the orange on the switch it is set to vibrate and will make no noise.

How do I adjust the volume, too LOUD?

Hello jinniq51,

i have some tips on how to do it hope it helps :D

Settings
In this menu, you can adjust various phone
settings. To reset some menu settings to their
default values, select Restore factory set.
Tone settings
Select Menu > Settings > Tone settings and from the available
options:
Ringing tone-To set the tone for incoming calls
Ringing volume-To set the volume level for the ringing and
message alert tones. If you set Ringing volume to be level 2 or
above, your phone rings with the ringing volume ascending
from level 1 to the level you have set when there is an
incoming call.
Vibrating alert-To set the phone to vibrate when you receive a
call or a text message
Message alert tone-To set the tone to sound when you receive
a text message
Warning tones-To set the phone to sound tones, for example,
when the battery is running out of power
