Question about TalkSwitch CT.TS001.124001.US Full-Featured PBX Telephone System
About a year ago my incoming LINE 1 caller id stopped working - it displayed "unavailable number" now since last week the other line has started this also- internal phone system caller id works but no incoming external caller ID I have confirmed the caller ID is working as it enter into the phone system.
Log into your TalkSwitch Management Software.
Go to Telephone Lines.
Under each incoming line make sure that Caller ID is checked.
Click File> Save
Hopefully this will fix it for you.
