Pull the plug and hold it close to the engine while you have somone pull the starter cord - look for spark. If you have spark, try a little starting fluid in the intake. If it fires up, then it may be bad gas as the problem.

After changing the water pump in Saturn and Car still won't start what could it be, acts like it's not getting any fire?

Check the timing belt. If it was removed to change the pump, it may have been put on a tooth or two off, out of time.

I have a 2001 gp 800 R wave runner when you have it hooked to the garden hose gets proper cooling and runs great but when you take it too the lake after awhile it wants to die and act like its overheated...

when it is hooked to a garden hose the water pressure will be acting as the engine cooling pump and so it will work ok. On the lake because the pump has failed there is no suction action to pull the water into the cooling jackets of the motor and so it will overheat.. I would get to the cooling pump and replace the impellor or he whole pump. If it has not been run for some time then the rubber impellor gets ripped apart when the engine starts . The same effect as an outboard that has not been run for some time.

My 95 gmc has no spark or fuel. when i connect the battery it acts like the key was just turned on even thou the key is out. it will turn over just fine just wont fire

I have a 1995 gmc k2500 also had the same problem. the solution is in the steering column, pull the lower cover and on the right side under the steering wheel is a connector with every wire for the truck one of them is loose, I just removed my lower cover and left it off I wiggle it if the truck wont start.

Getting gas and fire but not starting

Change the gas. That gas is no good after a year of sitting, probably has water in it. Hopefully it didn't laquer the fuel pump pick-up screen.
