Try adding salt first. Push Recycle now button and see if it makes soft water. When the resin tank gets full, water pressure in the house will go down. You might get lucky.

My olympus tough tg-310 got wet inside with salt water form the beach now it won't turn on please help.

There is very little that can be done, salt water will corrode metal on contact, all eletronic parts have been compromised, if the memory card is still intact save your pictures and remove it from the camera to transfer to new hardware. Replacing the camera unfortuneately is the only option.

Walked into ocean(beach) friday wrapped it in papertowels and left there for couple of hours and still no luck today is sunday any hope

Afraid not, you will need a new cell phone. Salt water is conductive and some or most of the active electronics componentsin the cell phone would have shorted out, especially if the cell phone was switched on at the time. It is beyond repair.
If the cell phone is insured, then you might be able to make an insurance claim.

Got wet, display turns on, no sound

The salt water (you did say beach) shorted the innards. There is probably still salt in/on a lot of the electrical components causing shorts. Probably should give up on it.

My nokia 6300 got dropped in the water at the beach. Can i fix it?

Salt water is a beach! OK its best to take it to a Repair shop for liquid treatment, It if you want to do it @ home here is what you can try..Get tooth brush, Metholated spirits, Take your phone completely part camera cover plates everything so you have a clean stripped main board. If you can see white powderys stuff all over the componats its real bad. Put the board in the solution leave it for A hour then give it a gentel brush, the dry to perfect with dryer.....hope this works for you..I have all the aquipment for liquid treatment but live in SA

I hope by now you've taken it to a repair shop - salt water is deadly to any camera after 2 or 3 days it'll be uneconomical to repair.
