You can try right clicking on it and deleting it, or when it pops up just press the delete button (or the backspace key to erase it)

SOURCE: True Vector

Click the Start button. Choose Run. Type in msconfig, then click OK. In the window that comes up, click the tab Startup (on the top line). Look for TrueVector Service and uncheck the box next to it. Don't change anything else. Click OK. The next time you start the computer, Msconfig will pop up to tell you you've made a change. Tell it not to start next time and close the window.
That should do it.
By the way, you said you DELETED Zone Alarm. You can't just delete a program. You need to remove it by going to Control Panel and then Add/Remove Programs. Otherwise there will be remnants of the program that might still try to run.

There are few reasons for this to happen.
Have you checked if the notebook you are connecting is connected to the internet?
Can you browse any other sites in this pc?

If the problem still persists, do the followings;

  1. Click on Tools in Internet Explorer, go to internet option.

  3. Click on "Default Level", click "Apply".
  4. Go to "Privacy" tab,
  5. Click on "Default", click "Apply".
  6. Go to "Content" tab.
  7. Click on "Clear SSL State", click "Apply".
  8. Go to "Advance" tab.
  9. Click on "Reset", click "Apply", "OK"
  10. Close the Internet Explorer.
  11. If you are using firewall and/or any "Norton" software/s, please disable them.
  12. Restart the pc and try again.
If problem persists, try disabling firewall, anti-virus soft wares and all running programs.

Which email account ?
Have a look at the bottom of the email see if there is an unsubscribe option.
or block the sender
If you've had an email address for more than a day, you've almost certainly come across an email address that you wish you could block.

Well, there's good news: you can block specific email addresses with most email clients. According to campaignmonitor.com, and as of January 2010, Microsoft Outlook,

Hotmail and Yahoo! Mail were the three most popular email clients.
Each client shared one thing in common: the ability to block email addresses, and the process is simple, too.Yahoo! Mail

Visit Yahoo.com and sign into your Yahoo! Mail account.

Click "Options" in the right corner of the screen. Select "More Options."

Select "Spam" in the left window pane.
Enter the email address of the person you wish to block under "Blocked Email Addresses." Click "Add."
Hotmail

Visit MSN.com and sign into your Hotmail account.
Click the "Options" button and select "Mail."
Choose "Junk E-mail Protection."
Find and click "Block Senders."

Type in the email address you wish to block in the provided text box.
Click "Add."
Hotmail will automatically block all future email messages from that sender.
Microsoft Outlook

Open Microsoft Outlook. Click the "Tools" menu and select "Options."
Select "Preferences" and click "Junk E-mail."
Click "Blocked Senders" and then click on the "Add" button.
Type the email address of the person or company you wish to block.

Click "OK" to confirm your decision.

How to delete an email address

Which email account? and adress yours or someone on you email list.
Email addresses: we have one for work, we have one for friends.
We have one for shopping, and sometimes we have one for the dubious Internet deals into which we get sucked.
Sometimes we get spammed so heavily we have to abandon one and get another.
Sometimes our main address isn't professional enough, so we create a new one.
Sometimes we just want to sign up with another service.
Next thing you know, you have more addresses than you can keep track of. It's time to start deleting the ones we don't need.

Access your Internet email provider in which you have the email account you wish to delete.
Type your username, password and then click on the "Sign In" button.
Locate your options button.
With Yahoo and Gmail accounts, it is usually located on the upper right hand side of the page. Click on the dropdown menu and find the "Mail Options" button and click on it.

Click on "Accounts," which should appear on your left top side; this depends on your email provider.
Make sure you do not confuse the "Account" button with the account information option.

Click on "Delete Account" and this should take care of getting rid of your email account.
Remove a Hotmail Email Address
A popular free email service offered by Microsoft is Hotmail. Setting up a Hotmail account is simple; so is closing one.
If your account has been hacked or your email box is inundated with spam, closing the account is an easy remedy.
Before closing your email address, alert friends, family members and associates of your plans. You may want to forward them a replacement email address, if you have one, to stay connected.

Go to the MSN homepage.
Click on the tab in the upper left corner labeled "Hotmail."
Log into your account by typing in your username, password and hitting the "Enter" key.

Click on the "Help" key located at the upper right of the page.
It will appear as a blue question mark.

Select "Table of Contents" from the sidebar on the left.
Click on "Setup a Windows Live Hotmail Account."
Scroll down to "Close Your Account."
It will be located at the bottom of the list.

Click on the link that says "Close Account."

Remove an Email Address From Outlook
Microsoft Outlook is a task manager application that is a part of the Microsoft Office software package.
The application allows users to send and receive emails, create tasks, take meeting notes and store calendar events.
Users can add multiple email accounts by creating different Outlook profiles.
The process is simple to remove an email address at any time and it can also be performed the same way for both the 2003 and 2007 versions of Outlook.

Minimize Microsoft Outlook if you have it open.
Click on the "Start" button on your computer and then click on the "Control Panel" option.
Click on the "User Accounts" option and then click on the "Mail" option.
The "Mail Setup" dialog box will then appear.

Click on the "Show Profiles" button.
The "Profiles" window will then appear and show all of the different email address you have set up with Outlook.

Click on the email address you want to remove.
Hold down the "CTRL" key on your keyboard and select multiple email address if you want to remove more than one.

Click on the "Remove" button.
Close out of the dialog box and the email address will be deleted from your Outlook account.

Can't log in to msn.com

When you log in to MSN a website powered by Microsoft you also log in to its Hotmail and Messenger programs.

Hotmail is MSN's email program, while Messenger is an instant messaging and networking program.

Because Messenger and Hotmail are connected to MSN, if you have problems logging into one program, you'll likely have issues logging in to all of them.

Register for Account

The first step to logging in to any MSN-powered sites is to have a Windows Live ID.

This includes an email address, which acts as your username, as well as a password.

The email address must end in either "@hotmail.com," "@live.com" or "@msn.com."

Even though these emails use different domain names, all can be accessed by logging in to the Hotmail homepage.

If you try to log in to MSN or any of its partner sites like Hotmail or Messenger using anything but a Windows Live ID, you won't be allowed to access or create a profile and will be prompted to create a Windows Live account.

Incorrect Password

The most likely reason you aren't able to sign in to your MSN accounts is user error.

Entering an incorrect email address or password will return an error message, informing you that either the email address you provided isn't registered with MSN, or that you entered an incorrect password.

MSN and, hence, Hotmail and Messenger passwords are case sensitive, so check your keyboard's settings before retyping your password a second time.

If you don't remember your password but know your Windows Live ID, you can opt to reset your password by answering some security questions pertaining to your account.

Browser Issues

A slow browser can impact your ability to log in to your MSN accounts.

Try deleting your browser's cookies and clearing its cache before attempting to sign in again. This process varies from browser to browser.

For example, in Internet Explorer, click on the gear icon, "Internet Options" and click "Delete" under Browsing History.

Check the "Cookies" box and click "Delete."

Internet Issues

A slow Internet connection can also hinder your login attempts.

Check your Internet connection to make sure you're connected to the Internet.

Also, check that you're working online instead of offline, which can prevent you from logging in.

Click on the "File" tab at the top of your browser, and make sure there's not a check mark next to the words "Work Offline."

If there is, click on the words to uncheck that option and sign in again.

There might be some interference from another browser

Create the menu tab on your homepage right click in the top toolbar you should see a number of toolbar options select the menu tab which will add File Edit View Favorites Tools and Help

Click on the tools at the bottom of the drop down list will be internet options or
click start control panel internet options you will see a home page box To Create Page Tabs type

each adress on its own line (type in MSN.com) or you preferred home page and browser
below that will be change search defaults click on settings you will see all search providers you have if dont need any of them you can disable or remove them.

Hope this helps.

How do i delete duplicate contacts in windows live email address book

I have assumed that:

1. Your identity is based upon an email account @hotmail.com,
or @msn.com, or @live.com - and
2. When you open WLMail, you allow it to sign into the same
hotmail, msn or live identity

If these assumptions are correct, an easy way to clean your
contact list is via the webmail interface.

Close Windows Live Mail

Use your web browser to sign into your mail account at
http://mail.live.com.

Click on Options, followed by More Options.

Scroll down to "Customize your contacts", and click on "Clean up
duplicate contacts".

Use the wizard to merge or delete duplicates.

Sign out from the webmail interface

Open Windows Live Mail and allow the program to sign into your
identity.

When you select the contacts menu, WLMail should synchronize with
the contacts list on the central server.
