Use software like: Nero Multimedia Software Nero Simply enjoy or Roxio DVD Burning Software Easy VHS to DVD DVD Decoder Video Converter...
I find that software made specifically for copying CDs works much better than the built-in solution in Windows.

Fix message saying Error loading OS (not booting into windows )

No boot sector or incorrect disc could be a simple matter of the bios is pointing to the wrong partition. Check the first boot order is drive C. If this is XP you will have a system disc so if all else fails, start again.

How do I save a movie to file from disc?

Most commercial DVDs have copy protection to prevent the content being stored elsewhere. The owners of the content use this to protect their investment into the work. Please respect the copyright on all work and remember that in some jurisdictions, making or distributing copies of copyright work is not only a civil offence but criminal as well.

Ntldr is missing appear, and i have no bootable cd to fix it,how do i do

1. If you are getting NTLDR is missing definetly you are using windows XP 2. But in order to fix this problem you have to have a Windows XP CD 3. Insert the Windows XP bootable CD into the computer. 4. When prompted to press any key to boot from the CD, press any key. 5. Once in the Windows XP setup menu press the "R" key to repair Windows. 6. Log into your Windows installation by pressing the "1" key and pressing enter. 7. You will then be prompted for your administrator password, enter that password. 8. Copy the below two files to the root directory of the primary hard disk. In the below example we are copying these files from the CD-ROM drive letter, which in this case is "e." This letter may be different on your computer.
copy e:\i386\ntldr c:\ copy e:\i386\ntdetect.com c:\ Once both of these files have been successfully copied, remove the CD from the computer and reboot.

Hope This Helps

If you are using Windows XP, here's what you can do to fix the problem:

1) Insert the Windows XP bootable CD into the computer.
2) When prompted to press any key to boot from the CD, press any key.
3) Once in the Windows XP setup menu press the "R" key to repair Windows.
4) Log into your Windows installation by pressing the "1" key and pressing enter.
5) You will then be prompted for your administrator password, enter that password.
6) Copy the below two files to the root directory of the primary hard disk. In the below example we are copying these files from the CD-ROM drive letter, which in this case is "e." This letter may be different on your computer.

copy e:\i386\ntldr c:\
copy e:\i386\ntdetect.com c:\

7) Once both of these files have been successfully copied, remove the CD from the computer and reboot.

If you have tried each of the above recommendations that apply to your situation and you continue to experience this issue it is possible you may have a seriously corrupted version of Microsoft Windows. Therefore we would recommend you reinstall Windows XP.

Manual:

Quick setup guide:
http://www.cobyusa.com/files/setupguide/MP610_SG.pdf

File system error refers to incomplete startup often due to low battery, faulty firmware or not matching files in the player.

When the startup failed try point 1.Resetting and 2.Charging:

1. Try to reset using the reset button hole on the backside (8).
299c492.jpg 2. Make a connection with the computer and have the device charging for a long period, full load needs 8 hours. Make connection directly to the USB of the computer preferred at the backside of the computer.
When using a laptop see to it that the USB is powered: laptops often switch the USB off going to sleep op hibernate mode.

When this didn't solve the problem, perform a format and reinstall of the firmware, point 4 - 8:
4. Connect the player to the computer and backup your data to the computer using the Windows explorer: copy MUSIC, MOVIE, PHOTO and TEXT directory to a location on the computer.
5. Format the removable disc of the player in Windows explorer.
Check your removable disk having its full memory capacity free after format.
6. Download the firmware for the player: firmware download for MP-610 ( zip file ):
http://www.cobyusa.com/files/software/MP610_Firmware.zip
7. Unzip the file: once unzipped there's a pdf instruction added in the zip file how to perform the firmware update.

8. After the firmware reinstallation the player is ready for transferring
data again. Remember the requirements for the format of files that is put on the player.

The drive database cdrw32.bdb cannot be found i tied to replace file still didnt work now also says nti has stopped working

The following is installation instructions for CD-Maker Professional. For Backup Now, the instructions are the same, however, you will install it in the NTI Backup Now directory, rather than the NTI CD-Maker directory.
To install, please copy the "cdrw32.bdb" file use Windows Explorer or My Computer to copy the database file into the main folder for CD-Maker 2000 Professional. If you installed our software in a different directory then you will need to copy the file into your alternate location.
Example where database file is located:
C:\Program Files\NewTech Infosystems\NTI CD-Maker 2000 Professional

You can also use the find feature in Windows to find the exact location of the database file. Click "Start", the "Search", then "for Files and Folder", then type in cdrw32.bdb and click "Search Now". After it finds the file then you can read under the "In Folder" heading for the correct path where the database file is located. Use Windows Explorer or My computer to copy the database file into this location.

NOTE:
(1) It works only on full retail versions of NTI software
(2) For CD-Maker, it works for Version 5.1.1 or later.
(3) For NTI Backup Now, it works for Version 2.2.33 or later.
(4) For supported DVD burner models, CD-Maker V5.1.XX and Backup NOW! (and DriveBackup!) V2.X will support only the CD burning function of these models, not DVD burning. DVD burning is supported starting from Version 6.0 of CD&DVD-Maker, and Version 3.0 of Backup NOW! and DriveBackup!, respectively.
Thanks for using Fixya
